Kin has secured a partnership with one of Bucks County’s premiere organic markets, Organnons Natural Market (Newtown and New Britain).  The partnership, forged between Owner, Jim Gannon and Kin, will focus on healthy nutritional offerings the Center is building through a custom nutritional cooking program and juice bar.

As part of this amazing partnership, Organnons will provide the organic products to support the food & nutrition program.  The program will involve notable local Bucks County chefs working side-by-side with the Center’s certified nutritionists and dietitians to prepare and cook healthy food for patients and their family and caregivers.  The program will also allow for participants to take home ingredients to replicate meals made for them at Kin.  Additionally, a full service “Organnons” sponsored juice station will provide a variety of fresh drinks, including kombucha, wheat grass, carrot and celery juice.

“My company’s mission is to promote and inspire health living and wellness by providing a one-stop-shop for fresh organic food and products.  The market covets the opportunity to donate food from our market to our local cancer patients through this remarkable nutritional program at Kin,” shares Organnons’ owner Jim Gannon.

Organonns Natural Market has been a staple in Bucks County for nearly a decade.  With two locations including, Carousel Village in Newtown and the newly opened market that resides in the beautiful commercial and residential complex, The Gathering off the 202 in New Britain.  The market is entirely organic based and has a wide variety of healthy local products, as well as a full coffee, juice and made to order healthy snack bar.  Owner Jim Gannon, a native to Bucks County, has been improving people’s lives and lifestyles by stocking his stores with the healthiest organic products for our Community, and soon, the patients at Kin Wellness & Support Center.

“We’ve known since Corinne envisioned the Center, that food and nutrition would play a major role in the ecosystem of the center.  We set out to find a partner who would supply the highest quality organic food, and do so as a 100% donation, which we realized was a very large ask.  Kudos to Jim Gannon for looking beyond the bottom line and stepping up to ensure our program and patients thrive,” shares Keith Fenimore Executive Director of Kin.

Kin is a beautiful 5,000 square foot cancer center dedicated to patients, their families and caregivers at Heritage Center in Buckingham, PA.

The Center will be a place where patients can have their non-medical – yet critical – emotional, physical, social and lifestyle needs met throughout their journey of treatment, recovery and beyond and will welcome anyone battling cancer, regardless of where they are receiving treatment.  A wide variety of free holistic and integrative services, including nutrition classes, support groups, book clubs, acupuncture, energy treatment, counseling, yoga and fitness will be offered in this relaxing, tranquil environment.
